Our signature Anoskeli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, PDO Kolymvari is a monovarietal, extra virgin olive oil with an average acidity of 0,4%. This is internationally awarded olive oil exemplifying consistently high quality, a full flavor and rich in bioactive compounds. This product is certified as Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Kolymvari, Chania, Crete and carries a Health Claim in accordance with Regulation (EU) 432/2012.
Quality Features
Anoskeli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, PDO Kolymvari is produced 100% from Koroneiki olive variety, which flourishes in the greater region of Kolymvari and gives our olive oil an excellent fruity and full of aromas flavor. Obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means in our olive mill, using the method of cold extraction in order to preserve natural aromas, rich flavors, and nutritional value at the optimal level. Our olive oils are bottled and standardized in our state-of-the-art facilities, adhering to the strict food safety and quality standards of FSSC22000.
Health Benefits
Anoskeli EVOO, PDO Kolymvari Harvest 2024/25 feature 10.5mg/ 20gr of olive oil as a Sum Tyrosol, Hydroxytyrosol and derivatives (bioactive compounds). This olive oil carries a Health Claim in accordance with under the Regulation (EU) 432/2012, which provides that "the health benefits of the polyphenols relating to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress can be enjoyed with a daily intake of at least 20gr of olive oil".

Anoseli EVOO, PDO Kolymvari is produced in collaboration with Anoskeli Producer’s Association, an organization of our core top 30 producers in the region cultivating olive groves in the highly awarded oil producing region of Kolymvari. More than 30.000 olive trees cultivated following good practices yielding more than 300 of high quality extra virgin olive oils. The olive groves are located in the heart of highly awarded olive-producing zone of Kolymvari and are cultivated following strict protocols under the supervision of our in-house agronomist. The goal is to improve soil quality, minimize the use of chemicals, conserve water, protect biodiversity, while securing sufficient yield production and high quality standards.
