Quality characteristics
This is an organic farming product that is produced using environmentally-friendly methods, without the use of conventional pesticides or other chemical products, and with moderate and careful use of natural resources. These products can contribute to the preservation of our earth's biodiversity and the sustainability of our natural environment.
Obtained directly from the olives and only by mechanical means in our olive mill, using the cold extraction method to preserve the natural aromas, rich flavours and nutritional value at the optimum level. Our olive oils are bottled and standardised in our state-of-the-art facilities, in compliance with the strict FSSC22000 food safety and quality standards.
Health benefits
Anoskeli Organic EVOO Harvest 2024/25 contains 10mg/20gr of olive oil in the form of Sum Tyrosol, Hydroxytyrosol and derivatives (bioactive compounds). This olive oil carries a health claim in accordance with Regulation (EU) 432/2012, which states that "the health benefits of the polyphenols relating to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress can be enjoyed with a daily intake of at least 20gr of olive oil".
