Eleftheria, the driving force behind Anoskeli, combines her legal background (LLB) with her business administration (MBA) education to manage all aspects of the business, from legal compliance and marketing to product development, while continuously enhancing her expertise in wine and olive oil.

As Head of Production, Safety, and Quality Manager, and an experienced Winemaker, Gerasimos is the pillar of the production process for the entire range of our products, continuously developing his knowledge with specialized certifications.

Efi, a certified sommelier with over 10 years of experience at Anoskeli, is resonsible for offering interactive experiences, offering our visitors an unforgettable wine and olive oil tasting journey, combined with authentic Cretan hospitality.

Afroditi, our Accounting & Logistics Manager with over 10 years at Anoskeli, ensures operational efficiency for a series of integral operations such as accounting, administrative support, logistics and stock control, to ensure effective supply chain management and high-level customer satisfaction.
